5am, Yeouido. Office workers are already running laps around Yeouido Park, take a photo by the Han River when they finish, and it's 6:05.
This is from a KBS Documentary 3 Days episode on Yeouido workers. Another guy was on his way in at 6am watching lectures on his phone. He works 9 hours and studies 3 more on his own. When I lived in Busan I thought a 7am walk was discipline. Seoul runs on a different setting.

Osaka has morning runners too, but studying 3 hours after a 9 hour shift is another level
in London the only people out at 5am are on their way home, not to work

in summer people are out before 5. go early, the river at blue hour is worth it
in London the only people out at 5am are on their way home, not to work
