Someone in Korea taped three trash bags into one and now it's news
Several trash bags taped together into one giant lump, put out on the street to save on bags. People in Korea are not happy about it.

Context for anyone outside Korea: in most places you have to buy official pay-per-bag trash bags (์ข ๋์ ๋ดํฌ), so the more you throw away, the more you pay. Overstuffing or taping bags together is a known trick, and the article's point is that it puts the sanitation workers at risk because they have to lift these. The headline quote is basically "you'll throw your back out lifting this". When I first heard about the bag system I thought it was madness. In Lisbon we have big containers on the street, you walk over, drop your bag, done, and nobody checks what bag it was. Then I learned how strict the sorting is there and it started to make sense. Taping three together is a different level though. Somebody's back is paying for that saved bag money, and I'm crying for the guy on the truck.
