you lie in a bed of fermented rice bran or cypress sawdust with only your face out for 20 to 30 minutes, and it heats itself to 60โ€“70ยฐC just from the fermentation. a bunch of celebs posted theirs and now it's everywhere ๐Ÿ™ˆ in houston we pay good money to sit in the AC, so this is the most opposite thing i've ever seen. i'd still try it once just for the photo of my head sticking out ๐Ÿ˜‚

Sauna people say 80 is the warm-up, fine. But a sauna at least doesn't ferment around you. A rice bran bed is basically a compost heap with a spa menu, and I mean that with respect.
