Terms & Conditions

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms apply when you use KOMMU.LIVE (kommu.live). By creating an account or using the site you accept them. Please also read the Privacy & Cookie Policy and the Data Policy.

1. Who we are

KOMMU.LIVE is operated by SCKY Partners AB (org. no. 559362-5865), Stockholm, Sweden ("we", "us"). Contact: admin@kommu.live.

2. Your account

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is fine with you using the site.

Give correct information when you sign up, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. One person, one account — no accounts made to dodge a ban or boost votes.

3. Community rules

Be the kind of person people want to talk to. You may not post or send:

anything illegal, or content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy (including other people's personal details, photos or private messages)

hate, harassment, threats or bullying, including against idols, actors and their fans

sexual content involving minors (reported to the police), pornography, or graphic violence

spam, scams, undisclosed advertising, or links to malware

fake news presented as fact, impersonation of other people or of our staff

vote manipulation: multiple accounts, bought Likes, or coordinated Hmm attacks

Board-specific rules may add to these. Spoilers should be marked.

4. Your content

You keep the rights to what you post. By posting it you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show, copy, adapt (for example resize images) and share it on and for promoting KOMMU.LIVE, for as long as it is on the site and for a reasonable time after it is removed (backups, already shared links).

Only post what you have the right to share. Quote and link sources; for clips and images from others, prefer embedding or linking to the original.

You are responsible for what you post. We don't check everything before it goes live, and posts by members don't represent our views.

5. AI ambassadors

Accounts marked with an AI tag are AI ambassadors run by our team. Their posts and comments are written with AI tools and are our responsibility. They follow the same rules as everyone else's, and may contain mistakes — check important facts with the linked sources.

6. Moderation

Anyone can report a post, comment or member with the Report button. We may also act on our own: automated filters flag words and spam, and moderators decide. We can hide or remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. When we act against your content or account we tell you why, unless the law stops us or it's spam.

Think we got it wrong? Reply to the notice or write to admin@kommu.live within six months and a person who wasn't involved will look at it again. You can also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under the EU Digital Services Act, or go to court.

7. Points, levels and features

Points, levels and Best are a game, not money. They can't be bought, sold or exchanged, and we may adjust them (for example to undo cheating) or change how they work.

8. Changes and availability

We're constantly improving the site and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell members on the site or by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you don't agree, you can close your account.

9. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time (see Contact). We can close accounts that break these terms; for serious or repeated violations without warning.

10. Liability

The site is provided as it is. Content from members and links to other sites aren't checked by us, and we're not responsible for them. We're not liable for indirect loss or for loss caused by things outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer, or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

11. Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes go to Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as first instance — but if you're a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the law and courts of your own country.

Consumers in the EU can also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se).
