ok so everyone was laughing at gu sung hwan freezing up before the bungee jump on i live alone and yes his face was gold BUT look at the guy behind him

gu sung hwan and his friend had harnesses. the staff member running the cords on the platform had no harness, no fall protection, nothing tying his feet to anything, and he's literally stepping on the bungee cord and letting it go. korean viewers caught it fast, one comment was basically "what if a scared guest grabs his hand" and honestly that's the first thing i thought too and this is right after the whole editing manipulation mess with the jun hyun moo kazakhstan episode. i love this show, i've watched it for years, but a show this big can afford one extra harness. that's not nitpicking that's the bare minimum

The edit is a choice, fair. But the show picked what to air and the site owner set the rules, and only one of those changes if viewers complain.

People are being a bit hard on the show here. Experienced operators sometimes skip certain gear, and we only saw a few seconds of it. I'd want to hear from the operator first.
