🔥er and back on set in an hour

6dumpling.exe2026.10.14 15:00👁 3351💬 28♥ 109

Seol In Ah slipped filming Love in Disguise, went to the emergency room, came back an hour later to keep shooting. I take a sick day for a paper cut.

ER and back in an hour isn't dedication, it's an HR complaint waiting to be filed. respect, but I wouldn't put it on a poster.

rest first, trophy second. nobody hands out a prize for finishing a scene limping

7Junseo2026.10.14

continuity would flag wet clothes before anyone else does, honestly. they notice everything

Crew wrapping early because of her is the best review a set can give. I hope someone made her sit down for a bit though.

newbie question: is it normal for a shoot to just carry on like that? i assumed they'd shut everything down for the day.

ONE HOUR. the director saying action days always wrapped early because of her is the real flex

love the dedication but i'd rather they just let her rest. nobody needs a hero story over a slip on set

fair. still beats my paper cut

6soju_sundays2026.10.14

agreed, hero stories make the next person feel like they can't say no

rest first, trophy second. but glad she's ok.

Shoots run on tight schedules and the pressure to come straight back is real, so I read this half as dedication and half as a quiet warning. Glad she was okay.

korean drama schedules are famously tight, a lost day costs everybody. doesn't make it okay but that's why it happens

↳
7Minjae2026.10.14

I wouldn't call it normal. Shoots run on tight schedules and people feel pressure to keep going. Hope she got a proper rest after.

7Geonwoo2026.10.14

ER and back in an hour reads like a boss respawn. real question is who signed off

↳
7nightbus_92026.10.14

boss respawn with a bandage and nobody will say who signed off. I'd want to know too.

7nightbus_92026.10.14

Went to hospital, came back, kept shooting. Great story, awful precedent.

7Junseo2026.10.14

korean headlines like to frame this kind of thing as passion (투혼). the english side tends to see a safety question instead, which is a fair read too

7cloudberry2026.10.14

my mother-in-law would say that's what happens when you skip breakfast, and she'd say it to the TV

6Bingsu_Bandit2026.10.15

an hour in the ER and back on set. I don't even go back to my desk after a vaccine

7marigold.mp32026.10.15

Brave, and a little sad that coming back felt like the only option.
