Dark brown coat almost to the ankle, wide washed denim, sunglasses, big black bag, and thin black flip-flops (jjori). Korean press filed it under fashion's 춘추전국시대, the "warring states era" where every season gets mixed at once. The flip-flops are what make it work, without them it's just a nice coat. I'd copy it in Paris in September, never in October.

My mother-in-law wears slippers to the supermarket in any weather, so flip-flops under a coat looks pretty normal to me. The coat is doing more than the shoes.
