Two eggs, half a paper cup of water, a little salt, whatever chopped veg you have (carrot and green onion work). Whisk, cover with plastic wrap, poke a few holes or it makes a mess, microwave 3 minutes. Not as fluffy as the ttukbaegi version, but on a work night nobody complains.
