์†๋„์œ„๋ฐ˜ (sokdo-wiban) literally means "speeding violation", but in celebrity news it means the couple got pregnant before the wedding.

Example from today: comedian Nam Chang-hee announced his wife is 23 weeks pregnant, eight months into their marriage, and the headline literally says "not ์†๋„์œ„๋ฐ˜". Back in my 2nd-gen days every wedding announcement had a reporter doing this math. Some things never change.
