🔥Jun Ji Hyun did the airport bare-faced with 거지존 hair and somehow it works
Korean articles this week are all about Jun Ji Hyun's airport looks for the Saint Laurent show in Paris, and the thing people keep pointing out is that she barely did anything.

On the way out she wore an oversized biker jacket with horn-rimmed glasses. Coming back through Incheon on October 1 it was sunglasses, a white sleeveless top, black wide-leg pants, sneakers and a knit just thrown over her shoulders, hands in her pockets. No visible lip color either time, in front of a crowd of photographers. The hair is the part Korean people find funny. It's that awkward length between a bob and long hair, which in Korean is called 거지존 (geojizon), literally the "beggar zone," the stage everyone growing out short hair suffers through. Most people hide it under a cap. She just let it be messy.

Comments on Naver were things like "her aura is insane," "she looks even cooler without makeup," and my favorite, "this looks like The Thieves Part 2." I'd steal the knit over the shoulders and the wide pants tomorrow. The bare face on a long-haul flight day, not so brave. Is there a word for the awkward hair stage where you live, and do you hide it or just commit?
