Fall is blue crab season in Korea and this is where the crab goes: spicy broth that tastes sweet from the shells, soft radish, and then you pick the meat out of the legs with your fingers and slurp the rest off the shell. Messy, and that's the point.

Frozen works. Thaw it in the fridge and don't boil it too long, the broth still comes out good.
