almond breeze made a coffee and I have notes

Almond Breeze just put out a coffee in Korea. 190ml carton, 30 kcal, zero sugar, almond milk plus coffee.

Honest verdict from someone who hasn't tasted it: the numbers are suspiciously good. A 30 kcal coffee drink is either going to taste like almond water that once heard about coffee, or it's going to be weirdly great and ruin my budget. My money is on almond water. If it ever shows up in Brisbane I'm buying one anyway, because the carton is cute and I'm weak. Banana milk keeps the throne until proven otherwise.

190ml though. is that two sips or three

'zero sugar almond milk is a solid base' is how every diet cafe drink gets sold. 30 kcal tells me it's mostly the idea of coffee

Convenience store fridge with almond-water expectations is the right plan. Worst case you're out one carton.

I'd get it ice cold from the convenience store fridge and set my expectations at almond-water level. the carton is cute, so it's already winning half the game

almond breeze unsweetened already tastes like drinking a wet almond. adding coffee won't save it

zero sugar + almond milk is actually a solid base for iced coffee. people sleep on it

for reference a normal cup is about 240ml, so that's most of a cup. three sips if you're polite, one if it's a Monday

Korean convenience store coffee cartons are mostly around 190 ml, so it's not tiny by local standards. It's a pick-me-up size, not a sit-down drink.

if it's ice cold at the convenience store I'm trying it. 30 kcal means I can still buy the banana milk and call it balance
