NC apologized on stream and said the Korean server is their "main base", while also saying the fixes global players liked will reach Korea one by one. Hard to call it the main base when it's the one waiting in line.

To be fair they also said the Korean server has a year of stacked attack speed and cooldown stats, so they can't just copy paste the global version. Messy but not crazy.
