๐ฅthe "calf hat" from lima isn't really a calf

Everyone keeps calling it Jungkook's calf hat, and fair, it does look like a fluffy little calf. But what the members wore at the last Lima show were chuyos, the Andean wool hats with ear flaps and tassels, and some were shaped like llamas and like the Pukara bull, the little bull figure from traditional Peruvian pottery. So it's not a random cute plush. It's a local reference. They came out near the end in ponchos and chuyos for Dynamite and Butter, after three sold-out nights in a country they had never played before. V walked down to the front fence, took his chuyo off and put it on a fan's head. I go to a lot of tour stops, and the moments people remember are almost never the big production numbers. It's stuff like this, where it feels like someone asked what people there actually wear and the group fully committed. RM said it was their first time in Peru in the 13 years since debut. The hats say they were paying attention. The two-night contrast is funny too, abs on night two and a bull on his head on night three, but the hats win this one for me.
