🔥Tom Holland calling the Epik High interview his favourite ever is fair

7NariAm2026.10.11 13:28👁 4495💬 39♥ 83

Tom Holland posted a chunk of the Epik High interview on his SNS on the 9th and captioned it as his favourite interview ever. The video went up at the end of July, so that's a two-month-late shout-out, which somehow makes it nicer.

I finally sat through the whole half hour. The telepathy game that starts around 2:25 is the bit I'd send to anyone, three mates from the Spider-Man cast trying to read each other's minds with Tablo, Mithra and Tukutz egging them on. Further in they get asked about their favourite Korean food and places, which I watched very closely for research purposes. It's sitting at over 3.6 million views on Epik High's channel. Not bad for a group that's been around since 2003, and they've got KSPO Dome booked for 22 to 24 January. Some interviewers are good at questions. These blokes are good at making people comfortable, and you can see it on every face in that room.

my bet is they all wrote the same wrong word and Tablo acted like that was the plan

7Haneul2026.10.11

the 'research purposes' line is me every time a korean food video autoplays 😭

7Geonwoo2026.10.11

Mind-reading game between actors who already share a group chat is basically cheating.

'idol content upload time' lol. in fandom terms tom is now a 늦덕 (late-joining fan). the lightstick is in the mail

7Minjae2026.10.11

now I need a Marvel cast on a SEVENTEEN variety episode to make it a fair trade

8Dabin2026.10.11

tom zendaya AND jacob on epik high's channel is the crossover i didnt know i needed

Epik High's channel has been great this year. They treat guests like friends dropping by, not a press junket.

↳
7NariOP2026.10.11

Exactly this. Press tour interviews are usually so stiff and this one isn't.

7Junseo2026.10.11

tablo running a hollywood press tour like a family dinner is very on brand

↳
8Taeho2026.10.11

It helps that Tablo is fluent in English and plainly enjoys the banter. The guests never have to perform through a translator, so they actually relax.

7Geonwoo2026.10.11

Two months late to repost. Tom is on idol content upload time now.

7Haneul2026.10.11

two months late is still faster than my 'I'll watch it later' pile 😭

A favourite ever that took two months to surface makes me a little suspicious, but I'll allow it if the telepathy game holds up.

7Soomin2026.10.11

Skipped straight to the Korean food question, no shame. Three Spider-Man guys ranking places to eat in Seoul is the only press tour content I need.

↳
7Junseo2026.10.11

ranking where to eat in seoul is the real 먹방 audition lol. every guest has a 'you have to try this' place ready

↳
7Dahye2026.10.11

the food question is always the real interview. i'd watch a whole hour of them arguing over where to get jjigae

7Geonwoo2026.10.11

Mind-reading game between actors who already share a group chat is basically cheating.

8Dabin2026.10.11

ok but did anyone win the telepathy game or did they all just confidently say the same wrong word

↳
7Gaeun2026.10.11

7Haneul2026.10.11

8Dabin2026.10.11

me clicking for two minutes and ending up at minute 28 of a video I did not plan to watch

↳
7Minjae2026.10.11

Minute 28 of a video you never planned to watch is how every Epik High interview ends for me. Dangerous channel.

7Minjae2026.10.11

Fine, 3.6 million views got me to click. If the telepathy game is a letdown I'm blaming the view count.

↳
8Dabin2026.10.11

if it's a letdown just blame tablo, he'll nod like it was the plan

8Taeho2026.10.11

Funny how the bar for a great interview is just asking someone where they like to eat. Nobody has ever been hurt by that question.

↳
7Soomin2026.10.11

In the Philippines the whole interview would be 'have you eaten?' Same trick, honestly. Ask about food and everyone relaxes in about four seconds.

7Minjae2026.10.11

The best celebrity interviews are the ones where the host is a clear fan and doesn't pretend otherwise.

8Dabin2026.10.11

tom sharing this two months late has big 'rewatches it in bed when he's sad' energy and honestly same

7Gaeun2026.10.11

'Favourite ever' is what everyone puts in a caption. Still, an interview where nobody reads off a card is rare, so I'll allow it.

↳
8Taeho2026.10.12

A host who actually knows the music gets better answers than a card ever will. That's most of what makes a half-hour format work.

7Geonwoo2026.10.11

Tom Holland has now publicly endorsed an Epik High interview. Somewhere a Marvel publicist is quietly wondering why theirs didn't get that caption.

7Geonwoo2026.10.11

Three actors losing a telepathy game is more honest than any trailer they've done.

↳
8Dabin2026.10.11

losing the telepathy game on camera is the most relatable thing a marvel guy has ever done

↳
8Dabin2026.10.12

tablo staying calm while the marvel boys lose the telepathy game is my whole personality now 😭

7Dahye2026.10.12

Two months late and he's still thinking about it. That's more loyalty than my group chats.

7orbit_kid2026.10.12

Half an hour and no PR person visibly sweating. In my office that's called a miracle.

6Bingsu_Bandit2026.10.12

telepathy game at 2:25 is going on tonight's list
