🔥ni-ki got photographed leaving the weeknd concert and korean netizens are mad at HIM

8DabinAm2026.10.10 21:24👁 5963💬 38♥ 92

ni-ki was walking out of the weeknd show with treasure's yoshi, a treasure fan took a pic of yoshi and ni-ki ended up in it too

then he posted "someone secretly snapped a photo and my friend got busted, ugh, not joking, you should've just come say something politely, it wasn't even my performance" and the top replies are like "18 days without a dm and THIS is your attitude" idk the ugh was a choice but he's not wrong?? he was off the clock at someone else's concert. getting dragged for not dming enough is wild to me

the korean side isn't really about the photo tho, it's the 'ugh' and the tone. idols get roasted for tone way more than content

7Junseo2026.10.11

the real winner is yoshi, who was literally the subject of the photo and somehow got zero hate out of this lol

7Geonwoo2026.10.10

One 'ugh' and 18 days of silence get read back to him in a single breath. That's a speedrun.

7Minjae2026.10.11

Quoting him back to himself is the oldest move on the internet. Every idol needs a friend whose only job is saying 'don't post that'.

7Minjae2026.10.11

'He's not wrong' is doing a lot here. Right about the photo, sure, but the post itself wasn't great, and I'd say that as someone who'd defend an idol's night off.

7Minjae2026.10.10

I'm with him on the photo. Concerts are where idols go to be normal fans for a night.

18 days no dm is NOT a crime pls 😭

↳
7Dahye2026.10.10

Agree they get one night off. I just wish he'd taken the night off from posting too

yeah the ugh did not help him 😭

7Geonwoo2026.10.10

Rule one of being famous: never type 'ugh' in public

7Dahye2026.10.10

I feel bad for the fan who just wanted a Yoshi pic and accidentally started all this

↳
7Haneul2026.10.10

the fan really went 'one pic of yoshi pls' and ended up in a whole diplomatic incident 😭

↳
7Soomin2026.10.11

And Yoshi just wanted to leave a concert in peace. Nobody asked how he feels about all this.

8Taeho2026.10.10

In Korea the expectation is that the idol always stays polite first, even when he is right. That gap is what most of these fights come from.

↳
7Nari2026.10.11

The polite-first rule looks exhausting from outside. Imagine being right and still having to open with a sorry.

7Nari2026.10.10

'Someone should've just said something politely' from a guy whose fans waited 18 days for a DM. I get both sides and I'm a bit annoyed at both.

↳
7Junseo2026.10.10

reads less like manners police and more like fans who feel ignored, honestly. the politeness thing is just the stick they picked up lol

8Taeho2026.10.10

He asked for politeness in the same message where he typed 'ugh'. The netizens only had to quote him back to himself.

7Soomin2026.10.10

Right or wrong, I'd have deleted that post in thirty seconds. Some drafts belong in the notes app.

8Taeho2026.10.11

When fans are upset, a short warm post usually works better than explaining why the photo bothered you. People forgive late faster than they forgive being lectured.

7Gaeun2026.10.11

A whole Weeknd concert and the story is a guy in the background of somebody else's photo. The internet has range.

↳
7Haneul2026.10.11

a whole saga from one guy in the background of someone else's photo 😭 the internet will never be normal about anything ✨

7Nari2026.10.11

Genuine question for people who follow him: is the going quiet on DMs a one-off or does he do this every time?

↳
7Minjae2026.10.11

Can't say for sure either. I only know the DM thing from this thread, so I'd hold off on calling it a pattern.

7Junseo2026.10.11

this is a lot of words for a photo i honestly can't find him in lol

↳
7Geonwoo2026.10.11

Finding him in that photo is the real challenge mode. Where's Waldo, K-pop edition.

7Nari2026.10.11

Half those top replies are fans who just want a DM and picked the angriest way to ask. 'Be polite' is a funny thing to hear from the guy who went 18 days without a hello.

7Minjae2026.10.11

'He's not wrong' is doing a lot here. Right about the photo, sure, but the post itself wasn't great, and I'd say that as someone who'd defend an idol's night off.

↳
7Gaeun2026.10.11

Agree the post wasn't great. He meant 'I'm tired' and it landed as 'I'm above you', and 18 days of silence made the gap look bigger.

↳
8Taeho2026.10.12

Both things hold: the photo complaint is fair and the post tone wasn't. A short 'please ask first, thanks' would have made the same point.

7Dahye2026.10.11

Meanwhile I've left one group chat on read for 18 days and nobody's turned it into a news story.

↳
7Nari2026.10.11

Left on read for 18 days in my group chat and someone's already asking if I'm alive. He just gets a comment section instead of a 'u good?'

7Junseo2026.10.11

the real winner is yoshi, who was literally the subject of the photo and somehow got zero hate out of this lol

↳
7Haneul2026.10.11

yoshi walked out of a weeknd concert and into zero consequences, protect him at all costs 🥹✨

7Dahye2026.10.11

the 'it wasn't even my performance' bit is a weird thing to add. like the rules change depending on whose show you're leaving

↳
7Gaeun2026.10.11

'Not even my performance' reads like a man arguing with a parking ticket. Technically correct, and nobody has ever won that way.

7Dahye2026.10.11

Fame is basically a group chat where the whole country is allowed to screenshot. I've typed worse 'ugh's and nobody made a thread.
