my top 3 of this week (one still makes me laugh)
ok ranking my week bc it was A LOT 1. jennie showing up at the weeknd's second seoul show for one of the girls. she wasn't at the first night so nobody expected her. then at the very end he yells "sing!" and she just thanks the crowd and the song is over 😭 half the internet is roasting her, the other half says that's literally where the song ends. i'm in the second half but i've watched it like 10 times
2. girls' generation posting a full group 2027 season's greeting called twenty in frost. FULL GROUP. i wasn't even into kpop when they debuted and i still got emotional
3. CLOSE YOUR EYES selling 711,224 copies in the first week of 256th note. their old record was 570,073 so that's a real jump
honorable mention to my bank account, which did not survive this week
