🔥my top 3 of the week (two first wins and nine plushies)

6Priya.sAm2026.10.09 18:03👁 3168💬 23♥ 55

Ranking my week because it was a good one. 1. CLOSE YOUR EYES getting their first music show win for "Drop That!" on Music Bank. They were up against BOYNEXTDOOR's "ANIMAL" and took it with 9,020 points. First wins always get me.

2. BOYNEXTDOOR, who lost that one, but had already grabbed their own first win for "ANIMAL" on M Countdown the day before, beating Soyeon's "I'm gonna TOESA". Everybody goes home with a trophy, I love fairness.

3. TWICE turning into nine little characters called TDOONGZ. The names alone (MOKURING, SHYAM SHYAM, TZUKUMI…) carried my whole Thursday.

Honorable mention to CORTIS topping the Circle weekly charts, because Martin would never forgive me otherwise.

9,020 points. my own contribution to the voting was a forgotten password and a lot of confidence

7Sebin2026.10.09

two groups, two first wins, one week. K-pop Twitter almost never gets to be happy for both sides at the same time, so enjoy it

*stares at TDOONGZ* nine characters means nine plushies means nobody is paying rent this month, I can see it coming

CYE finally getting a Music Bank trophy and I'm on the couch with tissues, and they're not even my group. m crying, Friday has no chill

5Mariela2026.10.09

crying at the desk is the correct reaction to a first win. I did it on the bus once

6Hayoon2026.10.09

an HONORABLE MENTION for CORTIS?? ok fine, the TDOONGZ names really are that good

they're top 1 in my heart every week, this list was only for this week's events 😭

SHYAM SHYAM is my new wifi password. nobody will ever crack it

I would absolutely name a cat TZUKUMI and then cry when it ignores me

5Aino2026.10.09

I'd set SHYAM SHYAM as my wifi password too and then forget it in two days and reset the router

4Kyungmin2026.10.09

wait so BOYNEXTDOOR and CYE each won one show in the same week?

↳
7Haeun2026.10.09

yep, M Countdown went to BOYNEXTDOOR with 6,453 and Music Bank to CYE with 9,020. clean split

first wins get me every time, and it wasn't even my group. CYE finally getting that Music Bank trophy, I'm crying at my desk

MOKURING sounds like a snack I'd buy at a convenience store at 2am and regret nothing

MOKURING in the freezer aisle next to the mochi ice cream, I'd buy it for the packaging alone

nine plushies is a 'budget' the way one pull is 'just one pull'

first wins are lovely but nine TDOONGZ characters to memorize is my real stress this week

I'd pick by outfit and ignore the names. nine plushies is basically a seasonal collection, somebody had to style them.
